PRICE CHANGES
Prices listed in this web page are effective 1/1/09 through 12/31/09 or until publication of our next catalog. However due to unforeseen market fluctuations,
prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS AND CREDITS
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee unless we were at fault in filling your order. All claims for returns must be made with TEN (10) days of receipt of goods by calling our office. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. To receive full credit, the returning merchandise must be received in its original packaging. All merchandise returned must be in good saleable condition and in its original container. Every container should be sealed properly. Finally, full credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandise.
REPORT ALL DISCREPANCIES
All discrepancies and /or errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to Kelley Oils.
MSDS INFORMATION
Where the Law requires you to have a MSDS on file for any oil you buy and store in your facility, you will be provided a MSDS sheet of your products.
Please let us know if you need that information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay for your merchandise by using VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express or Echeck. EFT returns are subject to a $30.00 fee. All merchandise ordered is payable in U.S. funds.
SHIPMENT POLICY
All products are sold F.O.B. New Richmond,
Wisconsin. Most orders that ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United
States Postal Service (USPS) will ship within 72 hours of receipt. During our busy season (June though November), orders may take longer to process. Should this situation exist, your Kelley representative will inform you.
Currently we are only able to ship within the United States.
CONDITION OF SALE
All products are sold on a wholesale basis: i.e., sold for further processing to be used to manufacture other products, or to be resold.
We need your sellers permit to be on file.

Limitation of Product Liability
Kelley Oils employs a number of quality
control checks before we ship you your order so that errors are kept to a
minimum. When a mistake is made, we will be monetarily liable for the error
limited to the sales cost of the merchandise we shipped to you and the
freight charges. On receipt of your merchandise, please check your items
carefully. Be certain the decorative botanicals, herbs and spices you are
receiving conform to what you ordered. Fragrances and essential oils should
be carefully reviewed. Double-check our item numbers with the original
samples and paperwork you received. For candle, soap, candy air fresheners,
shampoo and other products that require manufacturing production batches, we
strongly recommend you run a test batch using any new fragrance lot or
essential oil before implementing a full production run. Should there be any
problems, they can be corrected without incurring a large loss. Our clients
rarely experience problems with the raw materials we ship to them. Yet, we
feel it is extremely important to emphasize, we are in a partnership with
you. Both Kelley Oil's and your quality controls will help our companies
succeed. |
